ZACH RANDOLPH (New York Knicks)
El conflictivo jugador de los Knicks ha hecho una pretemporada grandiosa, y por fin el último día, se ha ganado el derecho a aparecer en este espacio.
En el triunfo ante sus vecinos de New Jersey, Randolph consiguió 32 puntos, 8 rebotes, 5 asistencias, 6 robos y 1 tapón.
Lo más destacado – Resumen del día
Después de 20 días de muchos partidos y muchas pruebas, acabó la pretemporada, que nos trajo algunas sorpresas y algunas confirmaciones. Hoy quedó claro que Cavaliers y Bulls son firmes candidatos al anillo, pero también demostró que los Knicks pueden ir en serio este año. Hoy también ganaron Spurs, Thunder y Clippers, franquicias que también aspiran a mucho en el Oeste.
– No encontraron demasiada resistencia los Knicks en unos Nets que siguieron con suplentes. Randolph, Ilgauskas y el recuperado Allen fueron demasiado para los de New Jersey. Ante Tomic destacó en los visitantes.
– Ajustada victoria de los Cavaliers ante unos Wizards que plantaron cara con su quinteto titular. En los Cavaliers destacó Blatche, mientras que Arenas fue el mejor de los visitantes.
– Los Bucks nadaron y guardaron la ropa, si bien les pudo costar un disgusto. Gran partido de Parker que se vuelve a reivindicar, y buena actuación de bargnani. En los Bulls, Wade y Bosh ejercieron de líderes.
– Regresó Marbury en los Spurs y los condujo a una victoria sin demasiados problemas frente a unos Heat que no tienen los problemas de antaño para anotar. Bayless estuvo muy inspirado en los de Miami.
– Noche de pruebas en Los Angeles y triunfo de los Clippers ante unos Nuggets que tuvieron en Garnett al mejor jugador del equipo. En los locales, Van Horn y Williams comandaron el triunfo.
– Con dos tiros libres y el reloj a cero, Shelden Williams dio la victoria a los Thunder frente a los Lakers en Los Angeles. Young y Nesterovic por los locales y el propio Williams y Calderon en los visitantes, fueron los mejores. Pésimo partido de Stojakovic, que se tiró hasta las zapatillas.
